CCF Xia-Peisu Award was founded in honor of Xia Peisu in 2014. It is presented to those female scientists and engineers for career contributions that have breadth within computer science、engineering、education and industry etc.

CCF Award Committee decided to honor Professor Chen Zuoning, Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Professor Huang Lingyi, Loongson Technology Co., Ltd., the 2019 CCF Xia-Peisu Award, for their great contribution to promote China computing industry.

Professor Huang Lingyi has been engaged in the research and development of discrete devices, large-scale integrated circuits, and general-purpose Godson CPU chips for more than half a century. She has made outstanding contributions to the development of computer core devices in China.
