2021 CCF National Conference of Theoretical Computer Science (CCF NCTCS 2021) was held on 23rd-25th July, 2021 in Yinchuan, Ningxia. Hosted by CCF, and organized by CCF Technical Committee on Theoretical Computer Science and Northern University for Nationalities, CCF NCTCS 2021 attracted more than 300 people to attend from all over the country.

There are total 6 keynote speeches respectively from Professor Pan Yi, Dean of School of Computer Science and Control Engineering, Shenzhen University of Technology, CAS; Chen Xi, associate professor, Columbia University; Professor Huang Deshuang, Tongji University; Mr. Chen Wei, Chief researcher of Microsoft Asia Research; Professor Lu Pinyan, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and Professor Wang Zizhuo, Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), and 2 breakout sessions "Theoretical Computer Science Bioinformatics Joint Forum", and "Random Algorithm Training Course".

Mr. Cai Zhiping, Secretary General of CCF TC on Theoretical Computer Science, & professor of National University of Defense Science and technology, presided over the opening ceremony. Mr. Li Junjie, President of North University of Nationalities, delivered a welcome speech and introduced the history and achievements of North University of Nationalities.
