CCF Awarding Committee announced the winners of 2021 CCF Outstanding Engineer Award, Mr. Hu Xinwei, ICT OS Infrastructurer, Huawei，and Dr. Pan Jianfeng, VP & Chief Scientist, 360 Group, for their great contributions on OS ecosystem of open source server and network security respectively.

Hu Xinwei, ICT OS architecturer, Huawei

  Mr. Hu Xinwei has been engaged in the R & D, application and platform construction on OS and related technologies. He established OS distribution version--OpenEuler through the open source community, which has made outstanding contributions to OS ecology of open source servers in China.

Dr. Pan Jianfeng, VP & Chief Scientist, 360 Group Company

Dr. pan Jianfeng has been engaged in research and development on network security  for a long time. He is the independent author of IceSword, a security tool. He has led the design and development of 360 Zero Day vulnerability radar system, which has made outstanding contributions to China's network security.
