CCF Xia-Peisu Award,  in memory of the academician Xia Peisu, the predecessor of computer science in China, is to recognize female scientists and engineers who have made outstanding contributions and achievements in the computing science, engineering, education and industry.

CCF Awarding Committee decided that Professor Yan Baoping, Computer Network Information Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Professor Du Junping, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications，are awarded with CCF Xia-Peisu Award for their great contributions to China computer industry.

Professor,  Computer Network Information Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences

Researcher Yan Baoping has  made important contributions to computer networks, large-scale  databases, scientific computing, etc. She has presided over several national informatization construction projects, and promoted the application of e-Science earlier and put it into practice in the construction of information system of CAS, effectively promoting the development of the national scientific research informatization infrastructure construction.

Du Junping

Professor,  Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications

Professor Du Junping is engaged in research in the fields of intelligent analysis and fusion of spatial multi-source data, intelligent processing of cross-media big data, and accurate search of information in multimodal fields. She has made important contributions in the big data and artificial intelligence theory and technology, social network mining and search, and emergency prediction.
