2023 China International Digital and Software Services Fair, the Second CCF Northeast Forum, with the theme of "Digital Innovation, Integrated Development", was grandly held at Dalian World Expo Plaza on July 6th, 2023.

On the occasion of 2023 China Digital and Software Service Fair in Dalian, the 2nd CCF Northeast Forum hosted by the China Computer Federation (CCF) is a positive response to the relevant requirements to promote the high-end, intelligent and green development in  manufacturing industry, to accelerate the development of the digital economy, to urge the deep integration of digital economy and real economy, and promote the comprehensive revitalization of the Northeast to achieve new breakthroughs. It is important measures to drive digital industrialization and digital economy development in northeast region, enable the new generation of information technology to accelerate the progress of Northeast Area Revitalization Plan.
