Publications
============

The International Journal of Web Services Research (JWSR, SCI-indexed) has confirmed to provide a special issue for supporting the publication of APSCC2014 papers. Based on the review results, a fraction of the top-ranked accepted papers (more than 15 papers) will be published by JWSR after revision. According to Thomson Scientific, JWSR is listed in the 2008 Journal Citation Report with an SCI Impact Factor of 1.200. The journal ranks #47 of 99 in the Computer Science, Information Systems and ranks #37 of 86 in Computer Science, Software Engineering.

All the other accepted papers will be published in the EI-indexed journals including the International Journal of Computational Science and Engineering (IJCSE) and the International Journal of Embedded Systems (IJES) after revision.

Submissions Formatting
=====================

All the submitted manuscripts will be limited to 8 (IEEE Proceedings style) pages and REQUIRED to be formatted using the IEEE Proceedings template in WORD or in Latex. The submitted papers can only be in the format of PDF or WORD. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to attend the conference and present the paper.
An electronically submitted abstract will be required prior to the submission of the full paper. Electronic submission of manuscripts (in PDF or Word formats) is required. Submissions should include paper title, abstract, names of authors, their affiliations, and emails addresses.
