1. Kay Chen Tan
IEEE Fellow, Professor, City University of Hong Kong
Editor-in-Chief, IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation
Prof. TAN Kay Chen received the B.Eng degree with first class honors and Ph.D. degree from the University of Glasgow in 1994 and 1997, respectively. He is actively pursuing research in artificial/computational intelligence and machine learning, with applications to evolutionary multi-objective optimization, data analytics, prognostics, BCI, and operational research etc.
He is the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation (IF: 10.629), was the EiC of IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine (2010-2013), and currently serves on the Editorial Board of 15+ international journals. He has been an invited Keynote/Plenary speaker for over 50 international conferences and was the General Co-Chair for IEEE World Congress on Computational Intelligence 2016 in Vancouver, Canada.
He is an elected member of IEEE CIS AdCom (2017-2019) and is an IEEE Distinguished Lecturer (2015-2017). He has published 130+ journal papers, 130+ conference papers, and co-authored 7 books. He is a Fellow of IEEE.
2. Haibo He (何海波)
Professor, University of Rhode Island, USA

Prof. Haibo He is currently the Robert Haas Endowed Chair Professor at the University of Rhode Island. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China, in 1999 and 2002, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Ohio University (Athens, OH) in 2006.
His research interests include computational intelligence, machine learning and data mining, cyber-physical systems, human-robot interaction, smart grid, cyber security, and various application fields. He has published 2 research books, edited 6 conference proceedings with Springer, and authored/co-authors over 260 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers.
He currenlty serves as the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems (IF: 6.108), as well as on the editorial board for several other IEEE journals.
He received the IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC) Best Paper Award (2014), IEEE CIS Outstanding Early Career Award (2014), K. C. Wong Research Award, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2012), National Science Foundation (NSF) CAREER Award (2011).
3. Yew-Soon Ong
Professor, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore

Yew-Soon Ong is Professor and Chair of the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He received his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and subsequently his PhD from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom.
He is founding Editor-In-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence, founding Technical Editor-In-Chief of Memetic Computing Journal (Springer), Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation, IEEE Transactions on Neural Network & Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Big Data, International Journal of Systems Science, IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine (2010 - 2016), and chief editor of Book Series on Studies in Adaptation, Learning, and Optimization as well as Proceedings in Adaptation, Learning, and Optimization.
His current research interests include Computational Intelligence spanning Memetic Computation, Evolutionary Optimization and Machine Learning. His research grants comprises of external funding from both national and international partners that include Boeing Research & Development (USA), Rolls-Royce (UK) and Honda Research Institute Europe (Germany), the National Research Foundation of Singapore, National Grid Office, A*STAR, Singapore Technologies Dynamics and MDA-GAMBIT. His research on Memetic Computation was first featured by Thomson Scientific's Essential Science Indicators as one of the most cited emerging area of research in August 2007. Recently, he is recognized as a Thomson Reuters Highly Cited Researcher in 2015 and 2016 and among the World's Most Influential Scientific Minds. He also received the 2015 IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine Outstanding Paper Award and the 2012 IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation Outstanding Paper Award for his work in Memetic Computation.
4. Kai Qin(秦凯)
Associate Professor, Swinburne University of Technology, Australia

Dr. Kai Qin received the B.Eng. degree from the School of Automation at Southeast University (Nanjing, Jiangsu, China) in 2001, and the Ph.D. degree from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) in 2007. In 2005, he had visited the Illinois Genetic Algorithms laboratory at the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign (Urbana, IL, USA) for three months. From 2007 to 2009, he had worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the Vision and Image Processing Lab in the Department of Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo (Waterloo, Ontario, Canada). From 2010 to 2012, he had worked in the MISTIS Team at INRIA Grenoble Rhone-Alpes (Grenoble, France), firstly as a postdoctoral researcher and then as an expert engineer. From 2012 to 2017, he had worked in the School of Science at RMIT University (Melbourne, Australia) as a Vice-Chancellor's Research Fellow, Lecturer and Senior Lecturer. Now, he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering and the Data Science Research Institute at Swinburne University of Techonogy.
His major research interests include: Machine Learning, Evolutionary Optimization, Image Processing, GPU Computing, Services Computing, and Mobile and Pervasive Computing. His current research focuses on Collaborative Learning and Optimization, i.e., how to synergize machine learning and intelligent optimization techniques to resolve challenging problems in which learning and optimization are involved as indispensable and interwoven tasks. He is the chair of IEEE CIS Task Force on Collaborative Learning and Optimization, associate editors of the Swarm and Evolutionary Computation (IF: 3.893), Complex & Intelligent Systems, and International Journal of Bio-Inspired Computation.

1.段宗涛
教授,长安大学信息工程学院副院长,中国计算机学会Yocsef西安主席,中国计算机学会高性能计算专业委员会、体系结构专业委员会、普适计算专业委员会委员,陕西省公路学会会员。
2006年进入长安大学信息工程学院从事计算应用技术领域的教学和科研工作,同年进入该校交通运输工程博士后流动站从事博士后研究。2009年赴美国北卡罗来纳大学进修一年。陕西省大数据与云计算产业技术创新联盟理事,负责校科技创新团队“车联网大数据环境下泛在交通信息服务理论与技术”建设。
在外文期刊、核心期刊和国际会议发表学术论文30篇(三大检索收录17篇);撰写教材1部;获省部级科技奖励1项,获软件著作权4项,申请发明专利4项。
2.黑新宏
教授,西安理工大学计算机科学与工程学院副院长。ACM会员,中国计算机学会高级会员,日本电气学会 (IEEJ)会员,西安理工大学计算机科学与工程学院教学委员会委员。
1998年本科毕业于西安理工大学计算机及其应用专业,2003年取得西安理工大学计算机应用技术专业硕士学位,2008年3月获得日本大学理工学部情报科学专业博士学位。目前主要的研究方向为安全关键计算机系统、嵌入式系统及应用、智能信息及其在交通系统中的应用。
主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、教育部留学回国人员科研项目、陕西省自然科学基金项目、陕西省社会发展攻关计划、铁道部基础研究项目、轨道交通控制与安全国家重点实验室项目、陕西省留学人员科技活动择优资助项目、西安市科技局项目、陕西省教育厅科研专项、铁道第一勘察设计院合作研究项目等20余项纵横项课题。在国内外学术期刊和国际会议上公开发表学术论文60余篇,其中SCI、EI检索40余篇,授权发明专利5项,实用新型专利1项,软件著作权登记10项。
3.公茂果
西安电子科技大学教授,博导,计算智能研究中心(OMEGA)负责人,陕西省重点科技创新团队负责人。
主要研究方向为计算智能理论及其在数据和影像分析中的应用。主持完成国家863计划、国家自然科学基金等十余项课题,发表SCI检索论文100余篇,被引用4500余次,获国家发明专利授权20余项,研究成果获2013年国家自然科学奖二等奖和2016年教育部自然科学奖二等奖(排名1)。
担任SCI一区TOP期刊《IEEE Trans. Evolutionary Computation》等期刊副主编、《Memetic Computing》等期刊编委,IEEE计算智能学会Task Force on Collaborative Learning and Optimization主席,第10/11届BIC-TA等会议主席,中国人工智能学会理事,校学术委员会委员等
曾获“国家高层次人才特殊支持计划”中组部青年拔尖人才、国家自然科学基金“优秀青年基金”、霍英东青年教师奖、吴文俊智能科技创新奖、陕西青年科技奖、陕西省青年科技新星、教育部新世纪优秀人才、中国高被引学者等荣誉或奖励。

1.苗启广
西安电子科技大学计算机学院教授,博导,2012年入选“教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划”,CCF YOCSEF主席,教育部工程专业认证协会计算机分委会工程专业认证专家。
中国计算机学会(CCF)理事,陕西省大数据与云计算产业联盟理事; CCF计算机视觉专委会常务委员,CCF人工智能与模式识别专委会委员,CCF 青年工作委员会委员。2013年12月-2014年7月受国家留学基金委资助在美国做高级研究学者;主要从事计算机视觉、机器学习、大数据分析与高性能计算方面的研究。
主持在研和完成国家自然科学基金、省自然科学基金、国防预研、国防863、武器装备基金项目20余项;近年来,在IEEE TNNLS/TIP/TGRS/TEC/TIST、Plos One、AAAI、JVCIR、KBS、软件学报、计算机学报、电子学报、光学学报等国内外重要学术期刊、国际会议上发表SCI/EI收录论文80余篇。担任2015年CCF 首届中国计算机视觉大会程序委员会主席、2011年CCF 首届青年精英大会组委会主席,CCF HPC China 2016程序委员会主席;International Journal of Bio-Inspired Computation、Neurocomputing、Journal of Memetic Computing、 Multimedia Tools and Application等国际期刊的Associate Editor或者Guest Editor。
2.唐杰
清华大学副教授、博导。研究方向包括:社会网络和数据挖掘,提出最小风险的网络知识集成方法,被评价为2006年来最有代表性的方法之一。
研究网络用户微观影响力理论,提出基于话题的影响力挖掘和传播模型,部分解决了影响力最大传播模型中的输入假设问题。主持研发了研究者社会网络系统ArnetMiner,系统运行7 年来,吸引了全球220个国家和地区432万独立IP 访问。
主要创新工作包括:首次提出基于隐含话题的异构社会网络建模和社会网络影响力分析模型;针对Web信息的不同特点,提出多种有效的语义标注方法;提出的基于贝叶斯决策的多策略本体映射模型,在国际评测OAEI中获得多项第一的优秀成绩。 在国际期刊和国际会议上发表论文五十余篇(其中SCI索引18篇,EI索引32篇),包括KDD, IJCAI, SIGMOD, ACL, ICDM, SDM, CIKM, TKDE, JWS, JDS。申请发明专利6项,google scholar统计引用250余次数。是国家863计划、国家自然科学基金等国家级、部委级和国际合作等11项研究项目的负责人。是国际期刊JAIT, JSW的编委会委员,TKDD的特邀编辑,多个国际Workshop的主席,担任50多个国际会议的程序委员。在Web挖掘和语义Web及其相关领域建立了良好的学术影响。
