Professor He Qinming has been committed to the research of computer basic teaching system in the university, and has made outstanding contributions to the development and implementation of knowledge system, curriculum, and basic teaching requirements for computer basic teaching in the universities of science and engineering in China. He promotes teaching reform of programming courses by information technology, and has a wide impact.

Professor Xu Xiaofei introduced the concept of "agility" into the reform of featured teaching, proposed a new teaching model, and launched the international collabration on software talent cultivation and online collaborative teaching mechanisms cross both campus and regions, by establishing the teaching alliance, to promote the implementation of the new model, making outstanding contributions to computer talent cultivation in China.
