On October 26th, CCF flag event- China Computer Congress (CNCC2023) grandly opened in Shenyang, Liaoning Province with the theme of  "Developing Digital Infrastructure to Empower Digital China". The conference includes 17 invited keynotes, 3  forums, 128 technical sessions, 20+ featured activities, more than 100 science and technology shows & exhibitions, as well as CNCC nights etc. .
