On October 27, 2023, CCF held a meeting with Yannis Ioannidis, the Chairman of ACM invited to attend CNCC, to discuss for better cooperation and future development. Mei Hong, President of CCF, Tang Weiqing, Secretary General of CCF, Chen Xilin, Director of CCF Committee on International Cooperation , Du Zide, International Cooperation Advisor and Former Secretary General, and Ms. Song Huan, Assistant Secretary General  attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Chen Xilin.

Mr. Mei Hong introduced the current development of CCF. Yannis Ioannidis highly praised the high-speed and high-quality development of CCF. Both sides discussed future cooperation and may regularly hold bilateral seminars to promote the development in computing and address related issues brought about by the rapid development of information technology.

CCF and ACM have established long and friendly cooperation to serve CCF members. ACM co-hosts CNCC annually and invites senior overseas speakers for CNCC. On the basis of in-depth understanding and mutual trust, both parties have a joint award CCF-ACM Award for AI, and evaluate the award in full accordance with international practices. Moreover, both sides also have delegates to visit each other every year.
