Hosted by CCF and organized by Cyberspace Security College of Ningbo University of Engineering, 2024 CCF Youth Elite Conference (YEF2024) was opened in Ningbo on May 16th, 2024. This conference has received high attention and support from the People's Government of Haishu District, Ningbo Municipal Government, and brings together thousands of young talents to explore cutting-edge technologies, stimulate innovative vitality, and enlighten the new start. 

The theme of "Intelligence and Innovation Bureau", YEF 2024 invites more than 160 scholars, experts, and practitioners from universities, research institutes, and enterprises. A science and technology feast will be presented, including 9 special keynote speeches, 5 thought show reports, 2 parallel forums, 1 university student academic show, and 23 breakout sessions.

In order to promote the application of computer algorithms and carry out related activities such as algorithm conferences and competitions, after negotiations between CCF and  Economic and Information Bureau of Haishu District, Ningbo Municipal, CCF-Ningbo Operation Center and Algorithm Evaluation Center was jointly established in Ningbo. 

On the first day, there were three invited keynote speeches, from Professor Zhou Zhihua, CCF Fellow, Executive Director, and Director of the Computer Science Department and Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence at Nanjing University; Professor Zhou Bowen, Tsinghua University and Director of the Collaborative Interaction Intelligence Research Center, and Founder of Zhiyuan Technology; Professor Liang Zheng, School of Public Administration, Tsinghua University, Director of the Artificial Intelligence Governance Research Center, Deputy Director of the China Science and Technology Policy Research Center, and Vice President of the Artificial Intelligence International Governance Research Institute. The host of keynote session is Mr. Cui Peng, Chairman of YEF2024 Program Committee, Outstanding Member of CCF, Director of CCF Youth Committee, winner of 2018 CCF Youth Science and Technology Award, and Associate Professor at Tsinghua University.

Panel discussion of Big Models and Domestic Computility was hosted by Chen Jian, CCF outstanding member and vice president of CCF, and the chairman of Beijing Parallel Technology Co., Ltd.
