The 41st National Olympiad in Informatics  (NOI2024), hosted by CCF and organized by Chongqing Yucai Middle School, was held in Chongqing from 16 to 22 July , 2024. This is the first time that NOI  competition landed in Chongqing, and Chongqing so-called the mountain city welcomes guests with its fiery enthusiasm.

There are teachers and students from 32 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country participated in NOI 2024. Total 50 gold, 150 silver, and 73 bronze medals were ultimately awarded across two tests. And Zhang Dingjiang (from Chongqing No.8 Middle School) won the first of gold medals, while Song Haoran (from Chengdu No.7 Middle School, Sichuan Province) and Liu Hengxi (from Zhenhai Middle School of Ningbo) won the second and third place respectively. According to NOI rules, the top 50 gold medalists from NOI2024 are qualified for national training team for IOI2025, and 4 from the team will be selected to represent China in IOI2025.
